We primarily deliver within the Perth metropolitan area, with charges based from Mandurah to Two Rocks. Orders outside this area may incur an additional fee.

We offer two delivery options: Standard and Premium. Standard Delivery includes kerbside drop-off only. Our staff may help place the tree in the front yard if it complies with WHS standards and time permits. Premium Delivery involves placing the tree as close to the planting site as possible, within WHS standards. If the delivery area has gradients, steps, soft surfaces, or limited access, our driver may decline placement for safety reasons. In such cases, a refund for the difference between the two options will be provided. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Our delivery schedule is designed for your convenience, with options available on Saturdays and Sundays. We deliver directly to your address but cannot deliver to PO boxes. A quick desktop consultation on your address is required to ensure compliance with WHS standards. Note that steps, soft ground, and narrow gate widths (minimum clearance of 1100cm) can be challenging. We aim to place your tree exactly where you want, within safety limits. After placing your order, our staff will contact you to discuss the delivery strategy.

Autumn and winter are generally the best times to plant trees in Perth, allowing roots to establish before summer heat arrives.

Tree sizes can vary depending on the species, growing conditions, and seasonal growth; however, the following measurements are a general guide for our advanced tree stock sizes: 30L – 45L: approximately 1.1m to 1.8m tall 100L: approximately 2m to 2.7m tall 200L: approximately 2m to 3.2m tall 500L: approximately 3m+ tall Please note that some fast-growing species may exceed these sizes, while slower-growing feature trees may be smaller but more mature in form and structure.
