Our delivery services are divided into two categories:
Standard Delivery & Premium Delivery.
Standard Delivery: This option includes a kerbside drop-off only. In some cases, our staff may assist in placing the tree in the front yard, provided it complies with WHS standards and our staff has sufficient time to do so.
Premium Delivery: With this option, Perth Trees Direct will assist in placing the trees as close to the planting site as possible, as long as it complies with WHS standards.
Please note that if the delivery area includes gradients, steps, soft surfaces, limited access, or any other conditions that our delivery driver deems unsafe or impractical, they have the right to decline the placement. In such cases, a refund will be provided for the difference between the two delivery options.
All delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Schedule & Conditions:
Our delivery schedule caters to your convenience, with deliveries available on both Saturdays and Sundays. We understand the demands of your busy workweek and strive to accommodate your schedule. We deliver directly to your address; however, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Tree deliveries are subject also to a quick desktop consultation on your address as all deliveries and safety of our staff must comply with WHS standards. please note that steps, soft ground (sand etc..) are difficult terrains. Also gate widths are a challenge with the minimum clearance of 1100cm needed to proceed.
Perth Trees Direct endeavours to place your tree exactly where you want but must be within the safety of the staff. once order has been placed one of our staff will give you an email of phone call to discus this delivery strategy.
