RETURN POLICY

At Perth Trees Direct, we take pride in handpicking each order with upmost care to ensure it leaves our nursery in prime condition. Prior to placing your order, please review all product descriptions to ensure suitability for your area. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it thoroughly to confirm its accuracy.

If you discover any discrepancies or issues with your plant order, please contact our customer service department promptly via email through the website form. It is essential to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to address any concerns or delivery problems effectively.

Please refrain from contacting us through social media accounts, as we do not monitor those platforms daily and cannot track your order efficiently. When reaching out to us, kindly provide your full name, address, and order number (if available) to expedite the process.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may request photographs of the plants to better understand and resolve the problem.

REFUND POLICY

If the plants received do not match your order, we will issue a store credit equivalent or refund to the value of the plants or arrange for replacement plants, subject to availability.

However, please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants purchased in error or due to a change of mind. Additionally, gift or sundry items (excluding gift cards and live plants) may be returned at your expense within 48 hours of receipt for a refund of the product cost. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded in this instance.
